Why most all-over printing fails — and why ours doesn’t

Still unsure?
Yes — we always produce a pre-production sample so you can verify print quality, color accuracy, and garment fit before committing to a full run. Sample approval is a non-negotiable step in our process.
Our MOQ is 30 pieces per design. This allows emerging brands to test market reception while maintaining the print quality standards we're known for.
All-over printing is our core speciality. We handle multi-color, edge-to-edge designs with precision registration — including seam-to-seam and around-the-collar coverage that lesser operations can't achieve consistently.
Absolutely. Our screen printing and discharge processes are calibrated for fine detail and accurate color matching. We work with Pantone references and run press checks on every new design.
Our core methods: plastisol screen printing, water-based discharge, DTG (direct-to-garment), embroidery, and dye sublimation. Each is selected based on the artwork, fabric, and intended hand-feel of the final product.
Discharge inks chemically remove the dye from the fabric and replace it with pigment, so there's no ink sitting on top of the garment. The result is a supremely soft hand-feel that washes beautifully — the hallmark of premium streetwear and high-end basics.
We work across 230–460 GSM depending on the product category — lightweight tees through to heavyweight hoodies and outerwear. We'll recommend the right weight for your intended use and aesthetic.
Yes. All our cotton fabrics go through a high-standard pre-shrunk process, delivering a 0% shrinkage guarantee post-wash. Every finished garment undergoes garment wash treatment — machine wash-and-dry plus steam iron — before it ships. What you approve in the sample is what your customer receives.
Yes. We build custom sewing patterns to match your exact size chart and fit brief. Pattern making is charged per size — we quote this upfront. If speed and cost efficiency matter more than a proprietary fit, we also offer two optimized base blocks that can be modified with minimal lead time.
Our maximum all-over print area is 80 cm × 120 cm — full front, back, and sleeve coverage with no dead zones. If your design bleeds edge-to-edge, we handle the registration.
Preferred: Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or high-res Photoshop (.PSD) at 300 dpi. We can also work from properly prepared PDFs. Our pre-press team reviews every file before production begins.
Not necessarily. Our in-house art department can handle color separation and pre-press prep. If you have separated files, great — it speeds things up. If not, we've got you covered.
No hard limit. For complex multi-color and photographic artwork, we use CMYK or Simulated Process printing, which reproduces virtually unlimited color depth without requiring a separate screen per color. This is where premium all-over printing truly separates itself from basic screen printing.
Yes, full private label is standard at our level. We work with a vetted partner network for woven labels, printed labels, hang tags, poly bags, kraft packaging, stickers, and branded accessories. Minimum quantities vary by item — we'll coordinate everything under one production order so nothing falls through the gaps.
Sample lead times vary by print complexity and current queue. We provide a specific timeline upfront before any work begins — you'll always know what to expect.
Lead times scale with order volume and technique. We maintain stable, predictable production schedules and communicate proactively if anything changes. On-time delivery is a core KPI for us.
That's the entire point of our sample process. We document every variable — ink mix, screen exposure, press settings — so bulk output matches the approved sample with high consistency.
We inspect outgoing orders thoroughly, but if a defect reaches you, we make it right. Our process includes a structured defect resolution protocol — replacement, credit, or reprint depending on the situation and timeline.
